Coal-Based Extruded Activated Carbon is produced from high-quality anthracite through carbonization and activation processes. It features a well-developed microporous and transitional pore structure, providing a large surface area and strong adsorption capacity.
The pellets are uniform in size, with excellent compressive strength and abrasion resistance, making them resistant to breakage and suitable for repeated filling and backwashing applications. The material is also resistant to acids, alkalis, and high temperatures, and can be easily regenerated through desorption processes for repeated use.
With relatively low production costs, it serves as a cost-effective filtration and adsorption material widely used in industrial and environmental protection applications.

Support more than 20 specialized tests such as BET specific surface area and benzene adsorption rate, and provide batch testing reports stamped by CNAS laboratory to meet the verification needs of different application scenarios.

Certified under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, with some products obtaining the American AWWA B604 and European EN 12915 standards, ensuring traceability in the production process.

All products comply with the ROHS directive, EU REACH SVHC list restrictions, and are equipped with third-party MSDS reports and carbon footprint analysis documents.

Crush the anthracite to the appropriate particle size and remove impurities.

Isolate the air and heat it up to release volatile matter, forming carbonized material.

Reacts with water vapor at high temperatures to form rich pore structures.

Sort qualified products by particle size using a vibrating screen.
