Wood-Based Powdered Activated Carbon is produced from high-quality wood materials such as sawdust or nut shells. It appears as a fine black powder and is characterized by being non-toxic, odorless, and highly porous.
It is widely used for decolorization of highly pigmented liquids, including applications in the sugar, pharmaceutical, and food & beverage industries, as well as for water purification. The powder particles are extremely fine, with most passing through 200 to 325 mesh sieves, providing a very large surface area that enables rapid and effective contact with contaminants in solution for efficient adsorption.
Its pore structure is predominantly mesoporous, making it particularly suitable for removing large organic molecules, colorants, and odor-causing compounds. It is insoluble in common solvents and remains non-toxic, odorless, and chemically stable in water.

Support more than 20 specialized tests such as BET specific surface area and benzene adsorption rate, and provide batch testing reports stamped by CNAS laboratory to meet the verification needs of different application scenarios.

Certified under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, with some products obtaining the American AWWA B604 and European EN 12915 standards, ensuring traceability in the production process.

All products comply with the ROHS directive, EU REACH SVHC list restrictions, and are equipped with third-party MSDS reports and carbon footprint analysis documents.
