Wood-Based Pelletized Activated Carbon is manufactured from high-quality natural wood materials, such as sawdust and wood chips, through carefully controlled carbonization and activation processes. Its highly developed microporous and mesoporous structure provides an exceptionally large surface area, enabling the efficient adsorption and removal of trace molecules, contaminants, and impurities from both water and air.
The pellets offer high mechanical strength and excellent abrasion resistance. They can typically be regenerated through desorption processes and reused multiple times, helping to reduce operating costs. Compared with coal-based activated carbon, wood-based activated carbon contains lower ash content and fewer impurities, minimizing the risk of secondary contamination from heavy metals and other undesirable substances. As a result, it provides a cleaner, safer, and more environmentally friendly adsorption solution.

Support more than 20 specialized tests such as BET specific surface area and benzene adsorption rate, and provide batch testing reports stamped by CNAS laboratory to meet the verification needs of different application scenarios.

Certified under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, with some products obtaining the American AWWA B604 and European EN 12915 standards, ensuring traceability in the production process.

All products comply with the ROHS directive, EU REACH SVHC list restrictions, and are equipped with third-party MSDS reports and carbon footprint analysis documents.
